A Family-Run Welcome Since 2006
We’ve been welcoming guests to Ericht Holiday Lodges since 2006, but our roots in this part of Perthshire go back much further. We grew up locally and still live right here beside the lodges, so this isn’t simply where we work — it’s home.
We love sharing our little corner of Scotland with guests, whether that means recommending a favourite walk, somewhere good to eat or a route for a day exploring. And if you’d rather simply switch off and enjoy the peace, we’re very happy to leave you to it.
Local Roots, Local Knowledge
We grew up in this beautiful part of Perthshire, just a few miles from Blairgowrie, and in 2006 made Ericht our family home. Over the years we’ve come to know the area inside out — from favourite walks and quiet corners to places to eat, days out and scenic routes worth taking.
That local knowledge is something we’re always happy to share, helping you discover a little more than you might find in a guidebook.
Here When You Need Us
Because we live right beside the lodges, we’re usually close at hand if you need anything during your stay — from help with the lodge to a last-minute suggestion for somewhere to visit.
But we also know that sometimes the best holiday is one where nobody bothers you at all. We’ll give you the space to enjoy your break your way, knowing we’re nearby if you need us.
Cared For Year after Year
We’ve been welcoming guests here since 2006, and the lodges have never stood still. We listen to what our guests tell us and continue to update and improve them, while keeping the comfortable, traditional self-catering feel that people come back for.
Because we own and manage Ericht ourselves, the little things matter to us — from how a lodge is prepared before you arrive to making sure everything is ready for you to settle in and enjoy your stay.
Looking After the Place We Call Home
Living and working here makes us very aware of the beautiful environment and community around us. We try to run Ericht thoughtfully — supporting local businesses and community projects, reducing our impact where we can and encouraging our guests to enjoy and explore the area responsibly.
We’re proud to have achieved Silver with Green Tourism, and we also support local initiatives including Blair in Bloom.
